Intown suites/ tara Blvd is a great place to live when you need a place on short notice for a long period of time. The rooms are great, the location is everything, And don't let me get on the staff and their customer service skills. They are wonderful from the front office to housekeeping i feel like family i wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. It's always a great feeling when you can live in peace. That's what my extended family here at intown do they assure you comfort and give you a peace of mind. Thanks to my new family for always making us safe.
I was impressed with how personable the staff was.. Kassandra is the perfect "face of the company" because she does a great job of remembering names, following up on any complaints, walking the property, and being accountable at all times. We only had one complaints during our stay, but maintenance handled it right away. A great find in the middle of my chaos!

Intown suites is a nice place to stay the office staff is wonderful very nice and hospitable. I have no complaints everything is A1 at intown suites on Tara blvd close to everything within walking distance
I stayed here November 2022- March 2023 and loved my room. It was very comfortable and satisfying the staff was very pleasant. I never had a problem, I cleaned my own room and mgmt inspected regularly and there was never a problem. I would stay here again if I needed to.
Nice hotel and very convenient for public transportation. It’s also around a lot of restaurants, stores, and shopping centers. It’s like having your own studio apartment with a full working fridge and a kitchenette.
The Staff was very helpful and pleasant would like to commend The Manager Miss Cassandra who has a heart for the people to meet their needs to the best of their ability, She goes out the way to make sure the Customers are satisfied she goes all out the way to accommodate. Also they gave an excellent Housekeeping Staff.
The room wasn’t dirty but it could’ve been cleaned a bit better than it was. The floors felt funny under my feet. When I’m just chilling I don’t like to have to put on shoes when I need to get up & walk around in the room. So I just put on socks. The door to the bathroom needed to be wiped down. The kitchen area could’ve been wiped down a bit better because there was a bit of debris on the countertop. But I wiped down the countertop & the table in the living area. The bed sheets looked very clean & the sheets looked like they were put through a pressing machine. But I still checked for bed bugs. The refrigerator was clean & the freezer area as well. But there was a very bad odor in the room. It’s a smoking room so I just chalked it up to the cleaner mixed with cigarette smoke. Not an unpleasant odor, but more like whatever cleaner that was used didn’t have a pleasant smell mixing with the smoke.
